How soon should I call to organise a decorating job?

The sooner the better!

Basically, the installation period is short - only 8 weeks and we have a limit on the number of customers we can accommodate. Early November tends to be Commercial installations properties with Residential starting mid to late November. Once the decoration have been agreed, a deposit will guarantee you the install date.

What is the difference between your products and the ones bought in shops?
Our lights are commercial standard and of the highest possible quality. Much of our décor is hand crafted in our warehouse by ourselves and we use unique handmade products from workshops in Europe.
So, I’ve had a look around this site, like the idea of it, what next?

Give us a call!

We will arrange a no obligation visit to the premises to be decorated. We have a vast portfolio of pictures and ideas and can provide computer generated photographs with suggestions.

Once we’ve agreed on the decor and lighting we’ll put you in our diary for an installation and takedown date that suits.

Who uses a service like this?

Commercially, our customers are hotels, restaurants, shopping centres and other public buildings. Christmas is perhaps their biggest trading period of the year and they want to make this an extra special experience for customers and visitors alike.

Our typical Residential customer is someone who values their private time with friends and family, who doesn’t want to deal with the hassle of decorating but wants a beautiful looking home for the festive period. We offer deals to suit all budgets and design requirements.

I’m private about my home and affairs and not keen on having strangers in my home?

We offer every home owner a confidentiality agreement; we are there to provide a service and don’t even need to know who the home belongs too - if that is what you are more acceptable for you.

Our team members are discreet and respectful and each project is managed by our Director, we are very proud of our client list and are confident that our success is a reflection of these work ethics.

Will you install lights that I already own?
We do not install lighting already owned. We cannot guarantee quality or functionality over the installation period.
Is there likely to be any damage to our property if installing outdoor lights?
We do use various types of fixing for some of our products, we explain the types of fixing to be used and any implications prior to install on the Risk Assessment and Method Statement documentation. We can amend and change fixing options as appropriate and are very conscious of this concern and always aim to make the minimum impact.
What happens if our lights go out after they are installed?
It is highly unlikely that this will happen, however, by their very nature light bulbs can fail including LED’s. Lights are designed so that if one bulb fails the rest will not be affected.
How do the lights turn on and off?
Lights can be fitted with daylight sensors or timers so that they will turn on/off at a time that suits.
Will I need any electrical work carried out on my home before an installation?

This will depend on the location of the lights you select. Most properties have external power supply; we can usually extent this to the desired position for the lights. Again, depending on the lights and location we can also consider extension leads from under garage doors and windows frames.

If necessary we can install external powers, using our qualified and insured electricians.

Do we have to be home for the installation?
We can work with your caretaker or property management company so that you can arrive home after the installation is complete. Someone will need to be present to ‘sign off’ the installation.
Can I add more decorations/lights after the installation should I want them?
Subject to diary dates being available, yes, we can accommodate this.
Can we decide when we want everything taking down?
Install date and take date are discussed and agreed at the start of the project, as stated previously; the initial deposit will guarantee these key dates for you.
Is there an extra charge for storing?
No - included in the price.
